5 - METHOD OF PAYMENT

7- CONFORMITY GUARANTEE
Pursuant to Article 129 of the Consumer Code, in the event of receipt of defective products or products that do not comply with the orders placed, the CUSTOMER has the right to restore, at no cost, the conformity of the product by repairing or replacing the product. If neither of the two remedies is possible, the CUSTOMER will be entitled to an appropriate reduction in the price or to terminate the contract. 8- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

The shipment will take place by courier within 30 days from the order confirmation email. At the time of shipment, a communication will be sent to the CUSTOMER containing the waybill number to allow traceability. 9- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
